GKN Building Pty Ltd is a local family run building firm, founded by Glen Nobes and his wife Kim.
Glen has over 30 years experience in the building industry working throughout Australia and overseas. Moving to Geelong in 2001 he began working in the housing industry, building relationships with local trades and suppliers and gaining knowledge of local conditions. Glen and Kim then founded GKN Building and began developing projects around Geelong.
GKN Building has been a member of the Independent Builders Network since 2012. This enables them to offer a range of professionally designed high-quality homes at a competitive price.
