Subdivisions: Subdividing can be confusing, let us assist and advise you through the process. We can liaise with council planning departments, council engineers, surveyors and referral authorities, then organise subcontractors to complete the works required for titles to be issued.
Unit Design: Subdividing often creates blocks that are unique in size and shape. GKN Building has a number of designs that we can customise to suit your project. With our experience and knowledge of building restrictions and council regulations that are specific to small block developments, we can assist you to create a design that is cost-effective and takes full advantage of your land to maximise your investment.
